Andy Burdick Wins WMYA

Andy won out with Cam McNeil finishing second. Can’t feel too bad for Cam, though, because he won the MC fleet and was also on the winning E, crewing middle for Jamie Kimball with Rob Kimball up front. This regatta has been going on for 85 years. This year every race was completed across 11 different fleets in the steady thermal effect winds coming from Lake Michigan. Next year the Wednesday – Saturday event moves to Torch Lake, one of the prettiest racing venues of all.
